In recent days, during the usual assembly of Anicav, the largest association representing tomato processing companies in the world, there was also talk of the surveys carried out among young users of the canning product.

It emerged that they believe that the consumption of preserved foods can contribute to the fight against food waste.

Six out of 10 interviewees stated that they read the origin and place of packaging of the product, leaning towards the Italian character of the product, as a synonym of safety.
